fremai is operated by fremverk ApS (Denmark). fremverk is the contracting party and the data processor for customer data processed through the service. These documents cover fremai only — fremverk’s other products carry their own, separate agreements, and neither set applies to the other.

Customer-facing agreements #

• Terms of Service - the master agreement governing use of the fremai service.
• Privacy Notice - categories of personal data processed, lawful bases, retention, and your GDPR rights.
• Data Processing Agreement - GDPR Art. 28 processor terms, the sub-processor list, international-transfers posture, and audit rights.
• Acceptable Use Policy - lawful-use rules, prohibited use, notice-and-action, and enforcement actions.
• Service Level Agreement - uptime target, how availability is measured, and service credits.
• Cookie Policy - the strictly-necessary session cookies, cookieless analytics, and CDN.

Transparency and compliance records #

Published so you can assess fremai as a processor without having to ask.

• Records of Processing Activities - the GDPR Art. 30 record.
• DPIA — audit and monitoring - the data-protection impact assessment covering audit logging and monitoring.

Breach-notification duties on both sides are set out in the Data Processing Agreement. The internal runbook fremverk’s on-call follows is not published — it is classified internal and available under NDA on request.
